However there is no restriction for the quantum of amount you decide to donate. The Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India has kindly permitted TAPAS to solicit funding support individuals and corporates with the following benefits accruing to the donors:

- Donations for our ongoing activities are covered u/s 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961, which entitles the Donor to avail 50% tax exemption.
- Donations for scientific research activities are covered u/s 35(1)(ii) of Income Tax, Act, with 150% Tax exemption.
